Jacob Feddersen

My name is Jacob Feddersen, and I am a senior in Computer Engineering with a minor in German. I enjoy algorithm design and embedded systems as well as web design and web app development. In addition to engineering, I also play violin with the Iowa State Symphony Orchestra. I have worked at Workiva in Ames for two summers as a software engineering intern developing web software, and most recently I worked at the Union Pacific Railroad in Omaha building software to support train scheduling operations. Leo Freier

I am a Senior in Computer Engineering, focusing on learning embedded systems. I have spent two semesters as a teacher’s assistant for EE 230, one semester before that as an assistant for EE 201, and am working as a tutor in the Computer Science Help Room. I enjoy studying the all the broad aspects of Computer Engineering topics. In my free time, my main interests are playing and listening to music, as well as film, video games, and tabletop games.

Hello! My name is Luke Heilman, and I am a senior from Ames, Iowa, majoring in Computer Engineering with a minor in German. I serve as the Technical Architect for my senior design team. I am especially interested in computer networking and cyber security. Apart from my classes, I am a member of both the marching band and basketball pep bands here at ISU. William Brandt

Hi, my name is William Brandt and I am a senior in Electrical Engineering. Regarding the project, I do well at circuit design and working with transistors. I will be working on designing and implementing the spark gap circuit. I have experience using power wave modulation which is of use when ensuring that the waves have the proper on and off times for the frequencies we desire. Outside of the project I enjoy writing, reading, and playing all sorts of games.

Greg Harmon

I come from Crystal Lake, IL to attain a degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in power. I strive when the work I'm involved in is very hands-on. After graduation, I'll be aiding in the construction of wind and solar farms for Blattner Energy. In my free time, I enjoy cooking meals for friends, reading science fiction, and playing board games.

Gunnar Andrews

Hello! My name is Gunnar Andrews, and I am a senior in Computer Engineering with a focus in security and network infrastructure. I am the Webmaster for this senior design team. I will mainly be focus on the software end of this project, as well as updating our website. Outside of school my interests are gaming, paintball, and weight lifting!
